Let’s Keep Things Simple
Running a business online means having clear ground rules — for both sides. These terms exist to protect you as a client and us as a service provider. Nothing complicated here, just plain language about how we work together.
1. What We Do
We run an SEO agency. Our work covers things like building backlinks, researching keywords, fixing technical issues on websites, writing content and analyzing what competitors are doing. Before any project kicks off, we sit down and agree on exactly what is being done, the timeline, and the cost.
Nothing starts without that conversation happening first.
2. Browsing Our Website
You’re welcome to look around our site but please don’t take anything without asking. Our content, the way it’s set up, and the pictures we use all of that is ours and it took a lot of work to make. If you want to use something, just ask us first we’d be happy to talk about it.
3. SEO Results Are Never Guaranteed
This is something every honest SEO agency has to say clearly. Search engines, like Google, are always making changes – hundreds of them every year. This means that where your website ranks can change too. The competition is always shifting, and what happened with your website in the past also plays a part. We do our best, using methods that have actually worked, but the truth is, no one can guarantee a specific spot on Google or a certain number of visitors. If someone is promising you that, walk away.
4. What We Need From You
Good SEO is a two way street. We need accurate information about your business timely access to your website when required and clear communication about your goals. If we are waiting on details or access from your side the project slows down. That delay is not something we can be held responsible for.
5. How Payments Work
Every project has a payment structure that gets agreed upon upfront. We do not start work without that being sorted. If a payment does not come through on time, we reserve the right to pause everything until it does. Simple and fair for both sides .
6. Wrapping Up a Project
If either of us decides to end the working relationship, written notice is all it takes. Any work already completed by that point needs to be paid for. We do not disappear on clients and we do not expect clients to disappear on us either.
7. Our Responsibility Has Limits
We put real effort into every project we take on. We won’t be liable for any business losses or missed opportunities that might happen when you work with us or use our site. If we make a mistake our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work that was affected.
8. Links Going Elsewhere
We have some pages on our website that connect to other sites, like tools we use and resources we think are helpful.
Once you leave our site, we have no control over what you find. Always read the terms of any external site before handing over your information.
9. We May Update These Terms
Things change. If we update these terms, the date at the top of this page will reflect that. Continuing to use our website after an update means you are fine with the changes.
10. Questions?
We are real people and we actually respond.
